Remove steering gear

The steering mechanism is removed for repair or replacement, replacement of steering rods, as well as to replace damaged protective covers

It is more convenient to remove the rear suspension beam on a lift.

If it is not possible to put the car on a lift, raise the rear of the car by placing a jack under the beam

Remove the pump for repair or replacement if more than normal noise and coolant leaks occur during operation
