Remove sensors for inspection or replacement
Replacing the oil pressure warning light sensor
The oil pressure warning light sensor is installed in an adapter screwed into the oil line of the cylinder block on the left side.
You will need: keys "for 21", "for 22".
Remove the protective cover from the sensor and disconnect the wire from it
Holding the adapter wrench, unscrew the sensor.
Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal
Replacing the coolant temperature gauge sensor
The coolant temperature sensor is screwed into the hole in the cylinder head on the left side.
You will need the key "on 21".
Remove the protective cover and disconnect the wire from the sensor.
Loosen the sensor and unscrew the sensor from the cylinder head
Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal
For better tightness, lubricate the sensor threads with a thin layer of sealant.
Replacing the reverse light switch
The reverse light switch is mounted on the rear cover of the gearbox.
You will need a "22" key.
Disconnect the wiring harness block from the sensor
Use a 22 key to unscrew the reverse switch sensor
Do not lose the copper o-ring installed under the sensor.
When replacing a sensor, reposition this ring on the new sensor.
Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal.
Replacing the brake light switch
The brake light switch is located under the instrument panel on the pedal assembly bracket.
You will need a "22" key.
Disconnect the wire blocks from the sensor
Loosen the fixing nut, unscrew the sensor and remove it from the bracket of the pedal unit
Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal.
On the latest modifications, such a sensor is installed as in photo 3.
After installation, adjust the position of the sensor by screwing or unscrewing it from the bracket so that the brake lights in the rear lights come on when the brake pedal is moved about 0.5 cm.
Don't forget to tighten the sensor's fixing nut.
Replacing the parking brake indicator switch
The switch for the parking brake indicator lamp is installed under the lining of the floor tunnel in the area of the parking brake lever.
You will need a screwdriver.
Remove the lining of the floor tunnel.
Remove the screw securing the switch to the parking brake lever bracket
Remove the switch and disconnect the wiring harness block from it
Install the switch and floor tunnel lining in the reverse order of removal
