We remove the elements and parts of the air conditioning system for replacement, as well as for repair
Removing and installing the air conditioning compressor
We prepare the car for the task, disconnect the negative battery terminal
Release the refrigerant from the air conditioning system
Remove the engine mudguard and engine screen
Disconnect the wiring harness from the windshield washer motor
Remove the washer reservoir and set it aside
We unscrew the bolts 1 (Fig. 1) fastening the tension roller bracket by three to four turns
Release the tension of the compressor drive belt by turning the bolt 3 and remove the belt 4 from the compressor pulley
Disconnect the ignition harness block from the compressor block
Unscrew the bolt 3 (Fig. 2), remove the flange 4 of the compressor and disconnect pipelines 2 and 5 from the compressor
We install plugs on the hoses to prevent leakage of compressor oil
We unscrew the three bolts 1 (Fig. 3) securing the compressor to the bracket and remove the compressor 4
Installation
We install the compressor on the engine bracket and fix it with three bolts 1 (Fig. 3), the tightening torque of the bolts is 20-24 Nm
Remove the plugs from the tubes and install new sealing rings lubricated with compressor oil
We install pipelines, the compressor flange on the compressor and tighten the flange fastening bolt. Bolt tightening torque 50 Nm
Install the drive belt on the compressor pulley
We tighten the belt by rotating the bolt 3 (Fig. 1), and tighten the bolts of the tension roller. Bolt tightening torque 20-24 Nm
Connect the plug connector of the ignition system to the compressor connector
Installing the washer reservoir and connecting the connector of the ignition harness to the washer pump
Installing the engine mudguard and screen.
Connect the negative terminal to the battery
We charge the air conditioning system with refrigerant, according to the documentation for service equipment
Removing and installing the condenser
We prepare the car and disconnect the negative battery terminal
Remove the air filter
Remove the radiator lining
Disconnect the wire block from the sound signal and remove the sound signal
Disconnect low pressure hose 3 (Fig. 4) and hose 1 from the power steering heat exchanger
Remove the heat exchanger 3 (Fig. 5) of the power steering
We pump out the refrigerant from the air conditioning system, according to the instructions for service equipment
Disconnect from the condenser the discharge pipeline 5, the condenser pipeline 4 and remove the condenser 2
Installing plugs on the tubes

Installing and fixing the capacitor
Remove plugs from pipelines and condenser openings
We install new ones on the tubes O-rings lubricated with antifreeze oil
We fix the pipelines on the condenser. Tightening torque of the pipeline bolts 7-9 Nm
Installing and fixing the power steering heat exchanger
Connect the low pressure hose and the low pressure drain hose to the heat exchanger.
Add fluid to power steering
Install and fix the sound signal and connect the wires to it
Installing the air filter
Installing and fixing the radiator lining of the cooling system
Connect the negative battery terminal
Filling the air conditioning system with refrigerant.
Pumping the power steering system.
Replacing the condenser with an integrated receiver-drier, replacing the cartridge of the receiver-drier
We prepare the car and disconnect the negative battery terminal
Remove the bumper
Pull out the refrigerant from the air conditioning system
Disconnect tube 1 (Fig. 6) from the condenser to the evaporator and install plugs on the tubes and condenser
Unscrew the nut 1 (Fig. 7) and remove the pipeline 2 from the compressor to the condenser
We unscrew the bolts 4 (Fig. 6) and remove the condenser 3 together with the injection tube 2
Remove the plug 1 (Fig. 8), unscrew the bolt 2 and take out the fixing plate 3
We screw a technological bolt into the cork until it stops, with a total length sufficient for gripping, with a thread similar to the thread of bolt 2
Use your hand to take out the plug 4 and take out the cartridge.
Installation
Installing a new cartridge
We insert the plug, having previously replaced the o-rings and lubricated them with compressor oil
Insert the fixing plate, tighten the bolt and install the plug
Installing and fixing the capacitor
We take out the plugs from the openings of the pipelines and the condenser
Install new O-rings lubricated with compressor oil
We fix the pipelines. Tightening torque of the nut and bolt for fastening pipelines 7-9 Nm
Filling the air conditioning system with refrigerant
Removing and installing the evaporator
We prepare the car and disconnect the negative battery terminal
Remove the engine mudguard
Draining the coolant from the engine cooling system
Disconnect the block of the ignition system harness from the pressure sensor 1 (Fig. 9)
Disconnect the hoses from the heater radiator pipes
Pull out the refrigerant from the air conditioning system
Disconnect low pressure pipeline 3 from the evaporator and pipeline 2 from the receiver

Remove the plugs from the openings of the pipelines and evaporator tubes
We install new O-rings lubricated with compressor oil on the tubes
We fix the pipelines on the evaporator. Tightening torque of the pipeline fastening nut from the receiver 15-17 Nm, tightening torque of the pipeline fastening nut from the compressor 24-27 Nm
Connect the hoses to the heater radiator pipes
Connect the plug of the ignition harness to the pressure sensor
Installing the skid plate and engine mudguard
Pour coolant into the engine cooling system
Connect the negative terminal to the battery
Filling the air conditioning system with refrigerant
Removing and installing the receiver-odryer
We prepare the car for the task. Open the hood and disconnect the negative terminal from the battery
Release the refrigerant from the air conditioning system
Remove the right headlight
Remove the right fender liner
Disconnect from the receiver-drier 1 (Fig. 10) pipeline 3 condenser and high pressure pipeline 2
Install the plugs in the holes of the pipelines and the receiver-dryer
Unscrew the nuts 2 (Fig. 11) securing the receiver bracket to the car body
Remove the receiver-dryer with the bracket from the car body
Installing a receiver dryer
We install and fix the receiver-drier with a bracket on the car body
Remove the plugs from the openings of the pipelines and the receiver-drier
We install new O-rings lubricated with compressor oil on the tubes
We connect pipelines to the receiver and fix them with bolts. Bolt tightening torque 7-9 Nm
