Checking and changing the oil in a Mazda 3 manual transmission
Place the vehicle on a level surface.
Remove the oil level plug and washer.
Mazda 3 electronic control system (PCM)
The automatic transmission PCM is integrated with the engine control unit.
The vehicle's PCM outputs a control signal to the engine and transmission according to the signals from all sensors and/or switches
The front suspension ( fig. 1 ) is equipped with McPherson struts.
The top end of each strut/spring assembly is attached to a custom car body panel
The windshield wiper system consists of a gearmotor, linkage, wiper arms with brushes and a switch

Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
Discharge the coolant

Stop the engine and wait until the engine and engine oil have cooled down.
Door interior design includes: power window regulator, interior handle, door speaker, harness and internal baffles

Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
Remove the washer reservoir.
