Remove the anti-roll bar for repair and replacement
We prepare the car for the task and install it on a lift or a viewing ditch
Remove the left front wheel
We unscrew the bolt "A", then disconnect the universal joint assembly "B" and the steering gear assembly
Unscrew the nut "B" of the front stabilizer link "A" from the shock absorber strut assembly
Remove brake caliper "A"
After removing the self-locking nuts on both sides of the connecting rod "A", remove the ball joint using the puller 09568-4A000
Unscrew the mounting bolt "B" on both sides of the lower arm "A"
Unscrew the engine mounting bolts "A, B"
Remove the rubber holder of the front muffler from the subframe
We unscrew the bolts and nuts securing the subframe, supporting it with a jack
After lowering the jack to a certain level, unscrew the mounting bolts "A" of the stabilizer assembly
Remove the stabilizer assembly through the gap between the body and the rear side of the subframe (try not to damage the power steering tubes)
Remove brackets "A" and bushings (B)
Check states
Checking the stabilizer for violation of geometric parameters
Check the bushings for excessive wear
Check for damage to the ball joints of the stabilizer strut, replace if necessary.
Installing the anti-roll bar
Install the sleeve (B) on the stabilizer (A)
(Clamp (C) of stabilizer (A) is in contact with bushing (B))
Install the bracket on the bushing (B)
After tightening the bolts of the sleeve bracket, install the bracket on the other side
We screw in the bolts (A) of the stabilizer bracket to the subframe. Tightening torque 44.1-53.9 Nm
After raising the jack that supports the subframe, screw in the four bolts (A) of the subframe and eight bolts (B) of the bracket guide.
Tightening torque: bolt (A) 156.9-176.5 Nm; bolt (B) 44.1-53.9 Nm
Install the front muffler rubber bracket on the subframe
We screw in the engine mounting bolts. Tightening torque 63.7-83.4 Nm.
We screw in the lower arm mounting bolts on both sides. Tightening torque 98.1-117.7 Nm
We screw the self-locking nuts (B) on both sides of the connecting rod.
Install the brake caliper, then tighten the bolt (C). Tightening torque bolt (B) 23.5-33 Nm, bolt (C) 21.6-31.4 Nm
We screw in the nut (B) of the front stabilizer bar (A). Tightening torque 98.1-117.7 Nm
Install the wheel on the front hub. Tightening torque 88.3-107.9 Nm
We screw in the connecting bolt (A) between the universal joint (B) and the steering gear assembly. Tightening torque 12.7-17.7 Nm
