The cleaner motor is a three-brush, two-speed, permanent magnet excitation.

To protect against overloads, it has a thermal bimetal fuse.

Wiper motor not working

The cleaner motor does not work, the bimetal fuse does not work, and the F9 fuse in the mounting block does not blow out

- The power wires of the gearmotor are damaged, the wire ends in the connecting blocks are oxidized

Check wires, replace if damaged. Strip the tips

- Wiper switch damaged

Replace the wiper switch in the steering column

- Hanging of the motor brushes, severe pollution or burning of the collector

Check, fix stuck brushes or replace damaged parts; clean the sewer

- Wire break in the motor armature winding

Replace anchor or gearmotor

The cleaner motor does not work, the bimetal fuse blows, or the F9 fuse in the mounting block blows

- The levers of the cleaner mechanism are deformed and touch the body parts

Check, straighten arms or replace wiper

- The brushes froze to the glass

Separate the brushes from the glass without damaging the rubber band

- A foreign object got into the cleaner mechanism

Check, remove item

- Short circuit in the motor armature winding

Replace gearmotor or motor armature

Wiper motor not intermittent

- Wiper switch damaged

Replace the wiper switch in the steering column

- Cleaner relay damaged

Replace the relay

Wiper motor does not stop intermittently

Replace the purifier relay

- Poor clamping of the contact petals of the limit switch to the gear of the motor reducer

Bend the contact petals of the limit switch

- Contamination of the contacts of the limit switch in the gearmotor

Clean the switch contacts

Wiper motor running, brushes not moving

- Gear motor gear teeth broken

Replace gear

- Weak fastening of the crank on the axis of the gear motor gear

Check, tighten the crank nut, setting it in its final position
