In the article, we will consider the removal and installation of the windshield wiper and washer
We prepare the car, and disconnect the negative battery terminal
Unscrew the nut and remove the lever from the axis of the leash
Remove the gaskets on the left and right sides
Remove the latch of the ventilation grille of the air inlet box on the left and right sides
The location of two latches and four hooks on the ventilation grille of the air intake duct is shown by arrows in the figure
Remove the air intake grille
We unscrew the four bolts securing the wiper trapezoid and remove the gearmotor assembly with the wiper trapezoid
Pry off with a screwdriver, disconnect the short rod of the wiper trapezoid from the gearmotor crank
Turn the gearmotor crank to the position shown in the photo
We unscrew the three mounting bolts and remove the gearmotor
Install parts in reverse order
Before connecting the rod to the gearmotor crank, apply grease to the crank axle
Removal and installation of electric windshield and headlight washer pumps
Disconnect the wire from the negative battery terminal
Remove the front bumper as described in the article - How to remove the Toyota Camry front bumper
Squeeze the latches and disconnect the block of wires from the electric pump windshield washer
Disconnect the hose from the electric pump nozzle and drain the fluid from the washer reservoir
Remove the windshield washer pump from the reservoir
Squeeze the latches and disconnect the wire block from the headlight washer pump
We take out the headlight washer pump from the tank, overcoming the preload force
If necessary, remove the rubber seals from the tank holes and replace them with new ones
Install parts in reverse order
