The windscreen cleaner is removed to straighten or replace deformed rods and levers
Disconnect the negative battery terminal

Pry off with a screwdriver and remove the protective cap of the wiper arm

Using a 10 key, unscrew the lever fastening nut
Pry off the wiper arm with two screwdrivers and slide it off the splines of the roller

Remove the lever assembly with the brush
Also remove the other wiper arm

Disconnect the washer hose from the tee
Remove the hose from the hood reinforcement and the clamp on the hood hinge

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew ten self-tapping screws securing the lining of the air intake duct

Disconnect the wiring harness from the engine compartment lamp switch

Lift up the air intake box cover and move it forward so that it comes out from under the edging glued to the windshield.
Move the trim to the hood

Disconnecting the windshield wiper wires and wiring harness

With a head of 10, unscrew the bolt of the left windscreen wiper mount

Unscrew the bolt of the right windshield wiper mount

Remove the bracket for the middle mounting of the windshield lining

With a head of 10, unscrew the bolt of the middle mount of the wiper

Remove the windshield wiper assembly
Marking the location of the crank relative to the bracket

Using a 13 wrench, unscrew the nut securing the crank to the gear motor shaft

Pry off with a screwdriver and remove the crank

Using a 10 key, we unscrew the three bolts securing the gearmotor to the bracket

Using a screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the cover
Remove the plastic cover of the gearmotor

Using a screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the plate
Remove the plate without disconnecting the wires

The joint is sealed with a gasket

Take out the driven gear

Remove the drive gear of the gearbox
If necessary, we replace the gears of the gearmotor
We clean the contacts of the limit switch.
We assemble and install the wiper in the reverse order
To set the gear motor shaft to the zero position, put on the negative battery terminal.
Then we connect the wire blocks of the gearmotor and the wiring harness.
We turn on the gear motor with the steering column switch, then turn it off and wait for the gear motor shaft to stop completely.
Disconnect the motor-reducer wire blocks and install the crank in accordance with the previously marked marks.
We install the levers and brushes on the slots of the rollers so that in the parking state the brushes are located on the windshield almost parallel to the bottom of the glass edging.
