Checking and replacing the alternator on a Mazda 3 car
Vehicle test:
Check the voltage at the generator terminals
The gap between the brake light switch and the brake pedal is adjusted automatically when the brake light switch is inserted into the hole on the brake pedal and rotated to lock in place
Using pulse signals from the proximity switches on the Hall sensor in the power window motor, the power window control module in the power window main switch determines the position of the window and the direction of movement of the window
Replacing the accessory drive belt Mazda 3
Check the position of the automatic drive belt tensioner indicator mark (fig. 1)
If the position of the mark is not correct, the drive belt must be replaced.
Make sure the selector lever is in the P position and the ignition key is in the LOCK position.
Press the locking mechanism and rest it against the brake pedal stop bracket
The vehicles are equipped with a hydraulic brake system.
Front disc brakes, rear disc or drum brakes
Disconnect the negative cable from the battery
Discharge the coolant
Remove the right mudguard and mudguard
Removing, checking and installing Mazda 3 clutch
Remove the gearbox in the final drive unit.
Remove the cover of the clutch release fork.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the plug hole plate.
Remove the high voltage wire.
The operation of the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS/TCS) or DSC On-Board Diagnostics is essentially the same as the previous 323 (BJ), with the following exceptions:
- - diagnostic codes, PID data monitor functions and active commands functions have been changed;
- - removed TBS pin of DLC connector;
