We remove the air conditioner condenser for repair, as well as for dismantling the radiator of the engine cooling system
In order to remove the condenser, we discharge the air conditioning system, described in the article - "How to remove and install the compressor"
Remove the front bumper, described in the article - "How to remove the bumper"
After this:
With a head of 10, we unscrew the bolt securing the low-pressure refrigerant supply pipe to the condenser
Disconnect the tube from the condenser
We also unscrew the bolt securing the high-pressure pipe
Disconnect the tube from the condenser
The connection of the tube tips with the condenser is sealed with rubber rings.
With a 10 head, we unscrew the two bolts securing the condenser to the upper cross member of the radiator frame.
We raise the radiator, removing its two pins from the holes in the lower cross member of the radiator frame.
Remove the capacitor
Install the condenser in reverse order, replacing the O-rings of the tubes with new ones.
