Adjusting the Mazda 3 automatic transmission range switch
Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.
Remove the nut and disconnect the transmission control cable (fig. 1).
The clutch is located between the engine and the gearbox and is designed to disconnect and connect the flywheel mounted on the engine crankshaft and the gearbox input shaft

The mechanism for shifting an automatic transmission is shown in fig. 1
When the cylinder body is open, do not press the brake pedal, otherwise the piston will pop out.
Do not damage the piston boot and do not allow oil to get on the brake disc
