Oil used: TRANSELF TRJ 75 W80W.
To check the level and add oil to the gearbox, unscrew the filler plug.
Checking the oil level
To change the oil with a square wrench for 8, unscrew the drain plug, having previously prepared a container for draining the oil.
It is advisable to drain the oil after the trip
Drain the used oil and tighten the drain plug
Pour oil through the filler and control hole using an injection syringe
The oil level should be at the edge of the filler hole
Filling capacity of manual transmissions, l:
- JR5 - 2.5;
- JH3 - 2.8;
- NDO-2.1
Gearbox plug tightening torques:
Gearbox filler plug - 3 Nm
JH3 box drain plug - 25 Nm
Drain plug of the box ND0 - 35 Nm
