Removing valve springs
To properly compress the valve springs, the tool plug (Mot. 1502) must be centered on the valve stem
The thermostat in the engine cooling system is used to quickly warm up the engine to operating temperature
We replace the valve stem seals when repairing the cylinder head, as well as when the caps are worn out
To complete the job you will need: TORX T20 wrench, flat blade screwdriver.
We prepare the car and disconnect the negative battery terminal
