Before lifting the rear of the vehicle, engage first gear and chock the front wheels

Four molded gaskets are installed between the flanges of the cylinder head and the intake pipe

Remove the pump for repair or replacement if more than normal noise and coolant leaks occur during operation

You will need: power steering fluid, clean rag

Only add "Elf Renault Matic D2" fluid recommended by the manufacturer to the power steering reservoir

The immobilizer coil is put on a piece of pipe (welded to the steering column pipe) in which the ignition switch is installed

You will need a TORX T20 key.

Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

Remove the upper steering column cover

We remove the air filter for replacement, as well as for access to other parts and components of the power plant

Remove the steering column for replacement or repair

Checking the fuel pressure in the fuel rail of the engine is only possible with a pressure gauge with a set of adapters for connecting to the fuel pipeline

Bleeding (bleeding) the hydraulic system of the power steering is necessary after any work related to the depressurization of the system (replacement of the pump or pipelines)
