An external sign of wear on the valve stem seals is the short-term appearance of blue smoke from the exhaust pipe after starting the engine, as well as when braking the engine after a long drive under load
Possible signs of injector failure:
- - difficulty starting the engine;
The evaporative emission canister can be removed for inspection or replacement if there is a persistent smell of gasoline caused by a canister leak or if the canister purge valve fails
The mounting block with fuses is located in the left end of the instrument panel under a plastic cover
Renault Logan cars are equipped with a dry single-plate clutch with a central diaphragm spring
The correctness of the regulator is determined on a running engine by the fuel pressure in the injector rail (see "Pressure in the Renault Logan gasoline system")
The correct position of the brake pedal in the free state and pressed all the way (pedal stroke) is one of the criteria for checking the health of the brake system
