Fuse and relay mounting block
Most vehicle electrical power circuits are protected by fuses
The battery charge circuit, engine start circuit, generator circuit are not protected by fuses.
Fig. 1. Mounting block
Fig. 3. Connection diagram of the mounting block
The fuses and relays are installed in the box (Fig. 1), which is located in the passenger compartment under the instrument panel on the left side of the steering column.
Scheme of internal connections of the mounting block is shown in fig. 3.

Replacing fuses and relays
Before you replace a blown fuse, find out the cause of the blown fuse and fix it.
Always carry a set of spare fuses with you.
Do not replace fuses with jumpers, fuses of a different amperage, or a homemade jumper.
This may damage the electrical tric devices and even to a fire.
Remove the two screws securing the fuse box cover.
We take the edge and lower the cover of the mounting block
For a better approach, remove the cover from the two clamps
Retainers with rubber bands, can remain on the bracket, or can come out with the cover
Using the plastic tweezers in the block, remove the fuse
To replace a relay, remove it from the fuse and relay box.
Install new fuses and relays in the reverse order of removal
Removing and installing the fuse and relay box
Remove the two screws and remove the fuse and relay box cover.
Remove the screws securing the unit.
Pull the block down to access the blocks
Disconnect the blocks with wires, having previously marked the wires.
Pry off with a screwdriver and remove the block of the additional unloading relay from the unit.
Remove the fuse and relay box from the vehicle.
Install the fuse and relay box in the reverse order of removal
Removing the mounting block of a car manufactured from 2009
Remove the fuse box cover as described above
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw securing the mounting block
We remove the block holder "B" from the bracket "A"
Disconnect five pads of the instrument panel wiring harness from the mounting block
We press the retainer of the remote relay block with a screwdriver
And we shift the pads assembled with the relay from the guides of the block
We also remove the rest of the pads with remote relays
Remove the mounting block
Install the mounting block in reverse order
Injection relay and fuse box
The relay and fuse box for the injection system is located under the panel instrumentation in the area of the passenger's feet.
It is not allowed to replace a blown fuse with a fuse of a different rating or a homemade jumper.
Cooling fan fuses
The fuses for the cooling fan motors are located in the fuse and relay box for the injection system.
To replace the fuses, remove the fuse box cover.
Remove the left fuse
Remove the right fuse.
Inspect and replace blown fuses.
Since 2015, the fuses and relays of the engine management system have been located behind the mounting block under the instrument panel.
Before you replace a blown fuse, find out the cause of the blown fuse and fix it.
Always carry a set of spare fuses with you.
Do not replace fuses with jumpers, fuses of a different amperage rating, or homemade jumpers. Doing so may damage electrical appliances and even cause a fire.
Of course, here are the different models for mounting the mounting blocks of this car.
It should be borne in mind that every year the car is equipped differently. And the location of the relay and fuses may not match.
Usually, on the covers of the mounting blocks there is an explanatory note about the location of the fuses and relays.
ABS fuse box
The ABS fuse box is located in the engine compartment on a bracket next to the battery
- 40A - ABS hydraulic unit return pump motor
- 25 A - ABS hydraulic unit solenoid valves
- 5A - Electronic control unit for ABS hydraulic unit
To change the fuses, press the lock on the ABS fuse box cover
Open the block cover and replace the fuse
