Remove the oil sump and crankcase gasket

Remove the oil pump

Drain the engine oil

Drain the engine coolant and remove the radiator.

Disconnect the intake pipes from the exhaust manifold

Diaphragm clutch

The car is equipped with a dry, single-disc, permanently engaged clutch with a hydraulically actuated release mechanism

The Gazelle car heater consists of a plastic casing in which a radiator is installed, two fans mounted on the motor shaft, upper, central and lower dampers and a control panel with three levers and switches

Inlet and outlet rubber hoses fit to the heater core. Fluid is taken into the radiator with the heater valve open, from the cylinder head, and drained to the engine cooling system pump.

Repair of the cylinder head is carried out during general engine repairs and when replacing the cylinder head gasket.
