On engines of the ZMZ-406 and ZMZ-405 families, generators 9422.3701 or 5122.3771 with built-in integrated voltage regulators are installed.
You will need: a hex wrench “6”, heads “12”, “13”, “14”, a small chisel, a hammer
The electronic unit, processing the data received from the sensors of the system, controls the operation of two ignition coils, applying low voltage pulses to them
Loosen bolt 1 two to three turns
Unscrew the adjusting bolt 2, loosen the belt tension and remove it
