Removing and installing the throttle assembly of the engine ZMZ-40522, ZMZ-406
Turn off the ignition, disconnect the "negative" terminal of the battery

Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector.

Using a screwdriver, we loosen the clamp of the air supply hose to the throttle body and remove the hose.

Disconnect the throttle cable.
Drain the coolant (see Replacing the coolant).
It is not necessary to drain all the coolant, you just need to quickly insert a pre-prepared plug or substitute a container to collect the liquid.
Loosen the clamps of the coolant supply hoses with a screwdriver

Remove the hoses

Using a screwdriver, we loosen the hose clamps of the idle speed regulator, crankcase ventilation and remove the hoses from the nozzles of the throttle body

Using a 6 hex wrench, unscrew the four bolts securing the throttle pipe to the receiver

Carefully, so as not to damage the gasket, remove the throttle body
Install the throttle body in reverse order. After installation, you need to adjust the throttle actuator.

Disconnect the minus terminal from the battery

Press out the latch

Disconnect the wiring harness block from the mass air flow sensor

Weaken the clamp and disconnect the air supply hose from the filter cover

Loosen the clamp and disconnect the hose from the throttle assembly

Loosen the clamp and disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the air supply sleeve

Remove the air inlet sleeve together with the intake silencer and the mass flow sensor

Squeeze the latch

Disconnect the wiring harness block from the throttle assembly

We unscrew the three bolts of the throttle assembly

Remove the throttle body

Remove the gasket and be sure to replace it
Install all parts in reverse order
