The fuel filler hatch locks and unlocks at the same time as the driver's door
Remove the manhole cover in the inner lining of the rear right wheel arch.
Disconnect the fuel filler cap lock motor connector (fig. 1).
Unscrew the electric motor mounting nut located in the outer wheel arch and remove it (Fig. 2).
In the event of a motor failure, operate it manually using the pull handle.
Installation
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
