Before replacing the electric fan, you need to make sure it works
Checking the fuses. To test the electric fan, we apply voltage directly to the electric fan, using additional wires.
In the pictures below, you can see that two wires are suitable for the electric fan.
We supply a plus to the red wire, a voltage of 12 volts, a minus to the black wire.
If the electric fan works, then the defect must be looked for either in the heater's electronic unit or in the heater control unit.
Removing the electric fan
Preparing the car for work. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Having prying with a screwdriver, overcoming the force of the latch, remove the left shield of the instrument console.
We remove the pedal block, for this, by turning the brake light switch, we remove it from the body of the pedal block.
Disconnect the harness block from the brake light switch by pressing the latch with your finger.
Press the lock of the wiring harness block to the electronic gas pedal.
Disconnecting the harness block
Having prying with a screwdriver, remove the lock washer from the pin of the vacuum booster pusher fork.
Remove the pin of the vacuum booster pusher fork
With a 13 head, unscrew the four nuts securing the pedal unit
Remove the pedal assembly.

Electric fan 1 is located on top of the heater (Fig. 10)
If the car is equipped with climate control, then on the body of the electric fan there is there is a relay that is removed in the direction of the car (arrow in the figure).
Disconnect the block 2 (Fig. 12) of the wiring harness of the heater fan ECU, for this:
We take out the block wires from the groove (we show Fig. 13 on the removed fan).
Press on the block lock
Turning on the axle, remove the ECU harness block
Press the latch 1 (Fig. 14) of the fan housing, turn the fan housing counterclockwise.
We remove the electric fan from the heater housing.
The rod of the vacuum booster prevents the removal of the electric fan.
On some models, the stem can be removed by removing the stem retainer.
If there is no stem lock, remove the electric fan in the following way.
Turning the electric fan, we ensure that the vacuum booster rod enters the fan housing.
After that, turn the electric fan, trying not to damage the fan blades
Turn and remove the electric fan.
Install the heater fan in reverse order
