Remove the adjusting ring from the groove with pliers

Remove the bearing cover with the stuffing box

If you need to replace the front axle mounting bracket, then remove it

We knock out the gland with a suitable head or a piece of pipe

Remove the gland from the cover

Lubricate the surface of the new oil seal, press it into the cover

The nodes are assembled in the reverse order.
