Usually, the crate and top panel are removed to remove the radiator, to replace the alternator drive belts, as well as to access other parts of the power plant
Using the “10” key, we unscrew the three bolts of the upper grille mount
Loosen the two bolts of the lower grille.
Remove the radiator grille
To remove the upper grille, remove the hood lock.
It is possible not to remove the lock, just when we remove the lining, we remove it together with the lock drive.
Using the “10” key, we unscrew the bolt securing the radiator bracket to the cladding.
Using the “12” key, we unscrew the four bolts securing the upper panel of the radiator lining
Remove the top panel of the radiator grille
Install the grille and cladding panel in reverse order.
