Preparing the car for work. Putting the car on a lift
Disconnect the negative battery terminal
Remove the refrigerant from the air conditioning system.
Remove the front bumper.
Remove the upper cross member of the cooling radiator frame.
We unscrew the nut that secures the flange of the high-pressure supply pipeline to the condenser flange.
Disconnect the pipeline from the condenser.
We also disconnect the outlet pipeline flange.
After disconnecting the pipelines, plug the holes from dirt.
Move the condenser up a little and remove it from the holders.
Remove the condenser by lifting it up.
Install the condenser in reverse order.
We open the plugs of the new condenser before connecting the pipelines.
When installing the sealing rings of the pipelines, be sure to lubricate them with oil for the air conditioning compressor.
Tighten the pipeline fastening bolts (10 Nm).
We charge the air conditioning system with refrigerant.
