We remove the control unit to replace the backlight or to replace the unit itself
Tools required: plastic spudger, screwdriver set, Torx T20 key
We prepare the car and disconnect the negative battery terminal

We unscrew the two screws securing the control unit to the instrument panel
Squeeze two holders
And slide the block inside the panel. Rotate the block so that the inside of the block is at the top
Squeeze the latches and disconnect the sheath tip (black) of the recirculation drive cable from the block holder
Disconnect the tip of the recirculation drive from the slider
We press the latch and disconnect the block of wires from the block
Remove the control unit from the socket in the instrument panel
Remove from the holder on the block the tip of the cable sheath (blue) of the temperature controller
And disconnect the tip of the cable from the lever
In the same way, disconnect the air distribution damper cable (with a white sheath) and remove the block
If you need to replace the lamps in the block, you need to turn the socket of the corresponding lamp counterclockwise and remove it from the socket
Install the control unit for the heating, air conditioning and ventilation system in reverse order
