Replacing the throttle cable of ZMZ-40522, ZMZ-40524, ZMZ-406 engines
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Using the “10” key, unscrew the nut of the cable lock to the sector
Remove the cable from the sector.
Remove the plastic sleeve of the cable from the tip.
Using two 13 wrenches, unscrew the locknut from the end of the cable
Remove the tip from the bracket.
Using a 19 key, we loosen the nut securing the cable to the motor shield
Remove the pin from the finger
Pull out the finger
We pull the cable into the car interior.
Remove the cable shell from the tip.
Use a 19 key to unscrew the nut from the tip.
We take out the tip with the bracket towards the passenger compartment.
Install the new throttle cable in the reverse order, after putting the bushing on it.
If the tip does not change, then you can leave it on, and fill the cable from the passenger compartment, under the dashboard and pull it into the engine compartment

Remove the air filter. We look at the article - Replacing the air filter
Unscrew the nut on the carburetor sector and remove the cable from the sector.
We move the seal 1 from the tip of the cable sheath, unscrew the nut 2 and remove the cable 3 from the bracket.
Remove the tip from the cable, removing it from the outer and inner shells.
Remove the outer "B" and the inner sheath of the cable from the tip "A" on the bulkhead.
Slide the seal "A" of the cable from the lug and remove the cable "B" from the sleeve "C" through the slot.
Pull cable "B" into the cab.
To install a new cable, insert the cable into the sleeve, pass it into the engine compartment through the lug on the bulkhead and put the cable seal on the lug
In the engine compartment, put the inner sheath on the cable.
Insert the shell into the tip on the bulkhead.
Put the outer sheath on the cable and the outer sheath on the end of the cable on the bulkhead.
Install cable end 1 into bracket 4 on the carburetor, securing it with two nuts.
Pass the cable through it, insert the inner cable sheath into the lug 1.
Put the outer sheath 3 of the cable on the tip 1, the seal 5 on the rod and the seal on the tip 1 of the cable.
Insert the end of the cable into the throttle actuator sector and tighten the nut 2 of the cable.
Then adjust the throttle cable.
