To remove the flywheel, you will need wrenches for 11, 13, a socket for 17, a flat-blade screwdriver.

Check the condition of the flywheel rim teeth and if they are damaged, replace the flywheel

The runout on the toothed rim should not exceed 0.5 mm.

If there are risks on the contact surface of the driven disk, then it can be sanded, but the layer of metal to be removed should not be more than 0.3 mm.

Install the flywheel in accordance with the marks on the fixing ring and flywheel.

Tighten the bolts evenly crosswise to the required torque:

  • - flywheel mounting bolts (K4m, K4J engines) (65 Nm);
  • - flywheel mounting bolts (F4R engine) (70 Nm).
