In the niches of the front wheels there are plastic wheel arch liners that protect the inner surfaces of the wings from dirt. Fenders consist of two parts
Remove the wheel from the side from which you want to remove the fender liner.
Unscrew the screws securing the fender liner to the side of the front buffer
Remove the screws securing to the bottom of the bumper
We turn off the nuts of the upper fastening of the fender liner
Remove the front part of the fender liner
Unscrew the mudguard mounting screws
Unscrew the screw of the rear fender liner
Remove the rear part of the fender liner
Install the fender liner parts in reverse order
Before assembling, we lubricate the fastening parts so that they do not rust.
Removing wings
Before removing the wing, remove the fender liner.
Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery.
Unscrew the bottom screws of the wing
Unscrew the upper inner screw of the wing
Removing the side turn signal
Unscrew the bottom screw of the wing
Unscrew the upper wing screws
We unscrew the screws securing the headlight trim and remove it
Remove the screws securing the bumper cover
Move the bumper cover to the side.
Remove the front wing screw and remove the wing
Install the front fender and fender liner in reverse order.
Before installation, we wash and dry the internal surfaces.
We cover the fasteners and parts with anticorrosive.
