Preparing the car for work.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Lower the sliding window
Using a Torx T30 screwdriver, unscrew screw 2, figure 1, fastening the inner door handle 3; disconnect from the lock rod handle, remove the handle.
Remove the lining and unscrew four self-tapping screws 4 fastening the loudspeaker of the speaker system with a Torx T30 screwdriver, disconnect the wiring harness block and remove the loudspeaker.
Using a Torx T20 screwdriver, unscrew the self-tapping screw 4, Figure 3, fastening the upholstery from the end.
Using a Torx T20 screwdriver, unscrew the self-tapping screw 2 fastening the upholstery on the armrest.
For version with manual power window:
- we remove the cover 1 from the door upholstery, Figure 2, the window handles, remove the fixing bracket 2, remove the handle 3.
Overcoming the resistance of the holders, disconnect the upholstery 1 (see Figure 1) from the door, remove the button 3, Figure 3, locking the lock from the hole in the upholstery.
Remove seals 1.
Temporarily connect the ground wire terminal to the battery (for the version with a manual window regulator: temporarily put on the handle), raise the glass so that the window regulator slider is installed opposite the opening in the inner door panel.
Holding the glass, use a Torx T20 screwdriver to unscrew two screws 2, Figure 4, securing the glass holder 1 to the slider, remove the glass from the door.
Using a 10 key, unscrew three nuts 4, Figure 5, remove the power window 5 through the opening in the door panel, disconnecting the wiring harness block from it.
Using a Torx T20 screwdriver, unscrew two screws 2, remove the safety buffer 3 through the opening in the door panel.
Using a 10 key, unscrew two nuts 1, Figure 6, remove the outer handle 2, disconnecting the door lock rods from it.
We remove the spring clip 2, Figure 7, fastening the switch 3 of the front door lock, remove the switch by disconnecting the lock rods from it.
Using a Torx T30 screwdriver, unscrew the three screws 1, Figure 8, fastening the lock 2 of the front door, remove the lock by disconnecting the wiring harness block from it.
Using a Torx T20 screwdriver, unscrew screw 3, remove guide 1 (see Figure 7).
Using a Torx T20 screwdriver, unscrew screw 4, fixing the molding 2, Figure 9, overcoming the resistance of the holders, remove the molding.
We turn off two bolts 1, Figure 10, fastening the exterior mirror 1 (see Figure 9) of the rear view, remove the mirror.
With a head of 10, we unscrew two nuts 3, Figure 11, fastening the limiter 2 to the door.
We remove the protective cover from the door 4 wiring harnesses and wiring harness.
Using a 13 key, unscrew four nuts 1, fastening the door to the hinge, remove the front door (perform the operation with an assistant).
Install
Installation of components and parts of the door is carried out in the reverse order of removal, while:
- - lubricate the rubbing parts of the power window, sliding surfaces in the door lock, door opening limiter, linkage joints and hinges;
- - before installing the upholstery, connect the ground wire terminal to the battery, check and, if necessary, adjust the operation of the door lock, check the operation of the power window, raise the sliding glass up;
- - if necessary, restore or replace the sealing seal at the end of the upholstery;
- - ensure uniform gap between door and mating body panels
