Removing and installing automatic transmission speed sensors
Remove the battery.
Remove #1 engine cover
Remove the air filter assembly
Remove the #1 air cleaner hose.
Disconnect the transmission speed sensor connector.
Remove the bolt and the NT RPM sensor (fig. 1).
Disconnect the transmission speed sensor connector.
Remove the bolt and the NC speed sensor of the gearbox (fig. 2).
Install
Lubricate the O-rings of the new gearbox speed sensors (NT and NC) and install them with a tightening torque of 11.3 Nm.
Install other components in the reverse order of removal.
