To remove the lining of the floor tunnel, you will need a TORX T20 key, screwdrivers, side cutters.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal

We unscrew the two screws securing the rear of the cladding on the right and left

Pry off the edges of the frame of the gearbox control lever cover with a screwdriver at the locations of its latches

Removing the frame

We bite with side cutters the clamp that secures the cover to the gear lever

Remove the cover of the gear lever

Pry off the cover of the parking brake adjusting unit with a screwdriver

Disconnect the wire blocks from the switches

Remove the cover

Pry off the top trim with a screwdriver

Replacing the center console Renault Megane 2

Let the upper lining of the floor tunnel up to the length of the wiring harness

Press the latch of the cigarette lighter socket

Replacing the center console Renault Megane 2

Disconnect the block from the cigarette lighter socket

We unscrew the two front screws securing the lining of the floor tunnel

Removing the lining.

Install the cladding in reverse order.
