Remove the heater valve if there is a coolant leak

We remove the auxiliary heater electric pump to approach the tap during replacement, and in case of a malfunction of the pump itself

Drain the coolant (see Replacing the coolant).

Disconnect the plug from the pump motor connector.

Loosen the hose clamps with a screwdriver

Remove the outlet hose

Remove the supply hose from the pump nozzle.

Using a 10 key, we unscrew the two pump mounting bolts

Removing the pump

Install the electric pump in reverse order.

Replacing the heater tap

Drain the coolant (see Replacing the coolant).

For convenience, we remove the auxiliary heater electric pump.

Loosen the inlet and outlet hose clamps with a screwdriver

Disconnect the hoses from the faucet.

With the “10” key, we unscrew the cable fixing bolt by 2–3 turns

With the same key, we unscrew the two bolts of the crane

Remove the crane from the car

Install the faucet in reverse order

Assemble all the parts in reverse order.
