The rear wheel hub is non-separable with a double-row ball bearing
Bearing housing bolted to rear suspension knuckle
The wheel speed sensor is also pressed into the hub
We replace the hub in case of wear of the bearing or the wheel speed sensor
We prepare the car, raise and place the rear of the car on supports
Remove the wheel
Remove the brake caliper without disconnecting the brake hose from it, tie it to the rear suspension spring
Remove the brake disc
Squeeze the clamps and disconnect the harness block from the wheel speed sensor
We unscrew the four bolts securing the bearing housing to the fist and remove the hub
Check the hub bearing for ease of rotation, the absence of seizing and noticeable play
We install the parts in the reverse order and adjust the parking brake drive
Removing and installing the rear suspension knuckle
We prepare the car, raise and place the rear of the car on supports
Remove the wheel
We remove the hub from the rear suspension knuckle, as indicated above, and the parking brake mechanism assembly with the shield
Unscrew the nut, remove the bolt and disconnect the trailing arm from the rear suspension knuckle
We also disconnect the rear transverse and front transverse levers from the knuckle
We unscrew the two nuts of the bolt securing the fist to the shock strut
Remove the bolts and remove the fist from the rack
We examine the fist. In the presence of cracks or wear of silent blocks, we replace the fist
Install parts in reverse order
We finally tighten the nuts for fastening the levers with the car standing on the ground
Tightening torque for trailing arm nut 113 Nm, transverse arm nuts 100 Nm
Adjusting the parking brake drive
Check and, if necessary, adjust the wheel alignment
