Disassembling the door to replace or repair door parts
We prepare the car and disconnect the negative battery terminal
Removing the upholstery of the rear door
Pry off with a screwdriver and remove the lining of the inner door handle
Use a screwdriver to pry off the lining of the inner handle and remove the lining
We unscrew the lower and upper screws securing the inner handle to the door panel
Overcoming the resistance of the holders, we take out the ashtray from the upholstery of the rear door
Overcoming the force of the plastic holders, carefully detach the lower part of the upholstery from the rear door panel
Raise the upholstery upwards, removing the holders of the sliding glass seal from the door panel, and take it to the side
Press the latch and disconnect the wiring harness from the rear power window control unit
We remove the ends of the shells of the door lock drive rods from the holders on the body of the inner handle
Disconnect the lock drive rod ends from the inner handle levers
The rear door trim is attached to the door panel with plastic clips. We replace damaged holders
Pry off the front upholstery holder with a screwdriver and take it out
We press the two holders of the rear power window control unit and remove the unit from the upholstery
To gain access to the nodes inside the door, peel off the moisture-proof film
Install upholstery in reverse order
Replacing the rear door glass
Lower the glass down
Remove the rear door upholstery as described above
We unscrew the upper screw securing the rear glass guide
We unscrew the two bolts securing the rear guide and remove the glass guide, leading it through the opening in the door
Remove the fixed glass by tilting it forward
We remove the slider of the power window from the guide of the sliding glass and carefully, trying not to damage the paint, remove the sliding window up
Install glass in reverse order
Replacing the power window of the rear door
Remove the upholstery, protective film and glass as described above
The glass can not be removed, just fix it in the highest position with adhesive tape
Disconnect the wire block from the power window gearmotor
We unscrew the four bolts securing the power window to the door panel and remove the window regulator from the door cavity through the mounting hole
Install the power window in reverse order
Replacing the outer rear door handle
Remove the upholstery, glass and rear door lock
We unscrew the screw of the lock switch through the technological hole and, having pressed the holders of the switch with a screwdriver, remove it from the door panel
This is how the rear door lock switch holders are located
Pull the handle back and remove it
Remove the latch and disconnect the lock drive rod from the lever
We unscrew the screw and remove the frame of the outer handle of the rear door
Install the handle in reverse order
Replacing the rear door lock
Remove the rear door upholstery and protective film as described above
Disconnect the lock drive rod from the outer door handle
Press the latch and disconnect the wire block from the rear door lock
We unscrew the screws securing the lock to the door panel and remove the lock through the technological hole in the door panel
Overcoming the resistance of the latches, we move the lining of the lock lock rod to the side
Remove the tip of the lock drive rod shell from the holder on the lock body
Disconnect the rod end from the lock lever and remove the rod
In the same way, we disconnect the inner handle rod from the lock lever
Install the rear door lock in reverse order
Removing and installing rear door opening limiter
Raise the glass and remove the rear door upholstery and protective film
We unscrew the two bolts securing the limiter to the door panel and one bolt securing the limiter to the body pillar
Remove the limiter by bringing it through the technological hole
Install the limiter in reverse order
