Disassembling the gearbox shafts is necessary to replace shaft parts.

Disassembling the primary shaft of the gearbox
Using pliers, we open the retaining ring and remove it.
Remove the spring washer.
Lean the end of the outer ring of the bearing on the jaws vice.
With a hammer with a plastic striker, strike the end of the primary shaft and press out the bearing
Use pliers to unclamp the mounting ring and remove it.
After moving the synchronizer locking ring, use pliers to loosen the retaining ring and remove it.

The locking rings of the synchronizers of other gears are removed in the same way
We assemble in the reverse order
Disassembling the secondary shaft of the gearbox
We remove the bushing and the 1st gear gear with the locking ring from the rear side of the shaft.
Remove the bushing from the gear.
Remove the synchronizer clutch for engaging 1st and 2nd gears.
Removing the synchronizer hub.
Removing the 2nd gear pinion assembly with the blocking ring
Remove the synchronizer clutch of the 3rd and 4th gears from the front end of the secondary shaft
Having clamped the secondary shaft in a vice with soft metal jaw pads, remove the retaining ring with pliers.
Remove the spring washer (it is installed with the convex side towards the front end of the shaft).
Remove the synchronizer hub of III and IV gears
Remove the third gear gear assembly with the synchronizer locking ring.
Assemble in reverse order
