Pry off the water pump with a screwdriver and remove it
Cleaning the mating surface of the cylinder block
We apply sealant to the water pump flange, as shown in the photo
We tighten the water pump mounting bolts in the sequence shown in the photo
We tighten the M6 bolts with a torque of 10 Nm, the M8 bolt with a torque of 22 Nm
Install all parts in reverse order
To replace the water pump with K4M engine:
Draining the coolant
Remove the accessory drive belt
Remove the timing belt
We unscrew the eight bolts securing the water pump to the cylinder block (shown on the removed engine)

Install the pump on the guide pins
We screw in the bolts and tighten them in the sequence shown in the photo
We tighten the M6 bolts with a torque of 10 Nm, the M8 bolt with a torque of 22 Nm
Install the rest of the parts in reverse order
Fill in coolant and remove air pockets from the cooling system
